Our mission is to inspire and unite socially aware youth by bridging the gap from education to application. We use a relationship centered, evidence based, and real world application approach to meet the social-emotional needs of neurodivergent youth in a safe and supportive environment.

Our vision is an all inclusive community where our youth are able to rise above barriers and become fully involved members of their communities. For our youth to live socially and emotionally fulfilled lives, in order to make the hive thrive.  Our ultimate goal is to create a youth center for our teens and young adults. 

Part of our mission is inspiring socially aware youth (ISAY).  ISAY-USAY believes that inspiration comes from knowledge. We provide evidence-based, relationship-centered, and real-life-based coaching and educational services. 

The second part of our mission is uniting youth (USAY). Our goal is to promote opportunities for like-minded youth to unite together with different events, clubs, and outings. ISAY-USAY strives to provide a safe and supportive environment for youth to take social risks with acquired social-emotional skills.
